The Artichoke Experience

You never know what your kids will like unless you give them a chance to try new things! I am not saying I am good at this. Seeing as we don't eat a lot of things with Onions in them...

But I love Artichokes and always thought they were something you just don't buy.

Well, I bought some the other day and wanted to make them the way I first had an artichoke at a Resturaunt in Snow Bird!

The Break off The Dip The Eating of the bottom of the Artichoke And then Finally the descard pile! Aubrey on the other hand did not like it at first, but since then we have had them again, and she ate as many as me!
