To celebrate with Jeff for completing the BAR; we went to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple Open House. We had a lot of fun and it was neat to be able to take Carter and Aubrey into the Temple with us.
That morning Grandma Benson had told Carter that he was going to get cookies and a little water from the Holy Ghost. I am not sure if she really told him that the Holy Ghost was going to give it to him or not, but that was what he interpreted her story. She had said, " That at the end of the tour, in the tent, they will have a player piano." She had told Carter that the Holy Ghost was sitting there playing the piano. The whole tour, Carter kept asking for his cookies and water from the Holy Ghost. At least it gave us a teaching moment. I love talking to Carter about the gospel.
It was so great to actually be with Jeff all day! We had missed him so much and it was fun to do something spiritual for a change!
Carter could not stop talking about the piano and the Holy Ghost!

Aubrey did so good on the tour. She was jibber jabbering all through the temple like she was talking with someone. She was the most talkative in the Elevators! It was a little strange seeing as she doesn't really do that at home. She really is getting big!
