Greys River 2009

We are always excited for Labor Day weekend. (Although, I always dread camping with Kids in the cold) BUT we always have a blast and are always sad to go home. (Except to shower)!

This was Aubrey's First year here and she got the royal treatment! We got to borrow my parents pop up trailer and so we were not sleeping in a tent on the ground. Since we are low on camping equipment, It was nice to feel a little prepared and have a place to feed Aubrey.
She was such a trooper. She slept fairly well and loved being outside all day!
Me and my Girl roughing it!
Aubrey loves her Daddy and was helping him play the game!
Grandma Susan Carter and Aubs passing the time away!
Despite that Carter got stung by a bee twice in a 4 hour period; he had a blast! He got to play in the dirt and not get in trouble!!!
Good thing we brought a few extra pairs of clothes. He sure got them dirty! He was in Heaven; even though Heaven is supposed to be a clean place~
He had to show me his dirty hands!
Him and Chelsie we dirty buds! She loves to play with Carter and he adores her!
At work!
Aubrey was just happy to sit and watch all the kids and things going on. Her tongue was out for most of the time! She is definitely a crowd pleaser!

While at Murphy's Lake Carter found a Snake skin. He was so excited to show it to me, I thought it was a real snake he was holding. He wanted me to keep it for him in a safe place, but I wouldn't touch it. So thanks Uncle Jake for putting it in your pocket and keeping it for him. (Also, Sorry that we forgot to get it out of your pocket and that you took it home in your pants. Only to find it later when going to do the wash! Opps!)
I love this picture of Carter and Jeff! They are truely buddies and I hope that never changes!
This picture reminds me of a boy auditioning for the role of "Oliver;" Please sir, Can I have some more?
This helmet was too tight for Jeff, but that didn't stop him from drinking his Pepsi!

We took Carter for a little 4 wheeler ride. He loved it!
Little Miss Attitude!
